We are a start-up security guard company looking to change the industry from how clients are served and employees are treated. Think of Richard Branson's Virgin management style with Hummers and Drones.
The Sales Rep position is a commission only 1099 role based on residual income. Like everything in our company, the model is simple. For every hour we charge the client that you bring in and close, we pay you $1 for the life of the account.
For example; if you bring in and close a client that we end up providing 504 hours of guard services a week (3 Guards 24/7), you collect $504.00 a week off that one client for the life of the account.
If you bring in and close multiple clients..... I'll let you do the math.
For resumes and cover letters to be considered;
Sales Candidates must be passionate towards the security industry and is looking for a revolutionary change for the better.
The technical requirements are that the sales rep should possess a CPP form ASIS (doesn't have to be current) and has experience in contract security management or security sales for 2 years or more.
If you don't have a CPP but you still think you could be a Rock Star at this roll, send in your resume and cover letter anyways. CPP is just a plus.
