Position Description:
We are seeking a senior sales representative with a proven record of success to help us continue to meet or exceed growth targets. Our sales environment is based on reward and recognition. In this role, the Senior Sales Representative will have an in depth understanding of ReadyTech products, services, and the enterprise training business and will be instrumental in the planning and executing of effective sales strategies; identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities; and opening new accounts while expanding business at existing accounts. Primary Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, evaluate and identify best opportunities
Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
Educate customers and potential customers about ReadyTech products and services
Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings and product demos with prospects and clients
Manage leads through to a successful closing
Respond to questions and inquiries quickly and effectively
Build and maintain long term relationships with customers
Provide ongoing account management & excellent customer service
Adopt the company's selling methodology
Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients

Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience
Bachelor degree
Professional maturity, integrity, self-starting and strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written skills
Networking and relationship-building skills
Strong computer and software skills

Very nice to haves
Additional language skills such as Spanish or Chinese
Experience selling in the training business
Technical training experience
