OneSupport technicians are the advanced support group for teleNetwork's internal agent's technology needs, engagement specific advanced technology, and direct customers.
OneSupport Techs are familiar with (through personal experience/training, professional experience/training, or structured/unstructured education):
Printer and other peripheral setups/troubleshooting
Mobile technology troubleshooting
Virus & tune-up work
While new OST agents don't know everything starting out, they do have an above average handle on many technology problems. They are also able to research problems independently and find solutions quickly and efficiently.
Our agents start at $10/hour base pay and they also have the opportunity to select a competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, 401k, paid time off). We offer on-the-job paid training and continuing education to improve your skills. No certifications or degrees are required! Applicants should have excellent reading, written and verbal communication skills.The position requires regular attendance and punctuality.
