This employment opportunity is with Silvertrek Systems, LLC, a technologically oriented administrative and bookkeeping company. There is one full-time, permanent position located in Battle Ground, Washington, or Southwest Washington beginning immediately.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The accountants of Silvertrek Systems take on the responsibility of managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cash forecasting and management, and management of other administrative task such as equipment recordkeeping, and business licensing and renewals for our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility: Making the customer feel loved and safe.

• Facilitates quick communication
• Schedules all meetings
• Runs weekly meetings
• Sends job cost reporting
• Sends payroll reporting
• Runs budget meetings
• Conducts Analysis and Critical thinking
• Completes WIP every month

Note that all Stewards start by performing the role of Scribe for their first three months in order to gain experience and understanding of the systems and customers. This is a three month test period and must be completed with exemplary results in order to continue growth inside the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
No less than: Eight (8) years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a contracting or construction company
OR
No less than Two (2) years of bookkeeping or account experience and a 4 year bachelor's degree in accounting
