As a member of our Customer Success Team, you'll be focused on ensuring that each of our customers and prospects has a world-class experience with our brand as you engage with them through Inbound and Outbound phone calls, Live Chat, Support Tickets, Voice Message Response, and E-mail Inquiries. You'll primarily use Zendesk products and services to facilitate your interactions with customers. Timeliness and professionalism are paramount. Not only will you represent the Visitu brand, but you'll also have the opportunity to drive sales and reduce churn.

We're looking for someone who can commit to 40 hours per week, but also be flexible as directed by business needs. We are currently looking for someone who can work between the hours of 8AM-5PM EST M-F. This position will be a remote work-from-home position for the right candidate and situation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with a variety of customer service platforms
Zendesk experience a huge plus
Live chat, inbound and outbound customer service and support, or sales experience in a call center environment preferred
Strong written communication skills
Able to resolve difficult customer challenges
Positive, customer-first mentality
Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
High School diploma or equivalent. Some college experience preferred
30,000 - 40,000 per year
