Small IT company seeks remote telephone help desk to respond to customer issues.

You must check for issues, and call on them, at 9am, noon, and 3pm Monday through Friday. If you don't have control over your schedule, and will have a hard time calling at these times, please do not apply.
You must have a comfortable manner on the phone, and a good clear voice.
You must know enough IT to have them restart a computer and clear a printer jam, for example. You will refer anything beyond that to a tech. You will be responsible for either clearing the customer issue, or scheduling it with the tech who will clear it.
This job pays $ 100 a week cash.
