â€¢ â€ªStrong troubleshooting skills
â€¢ Ability to learn new software and quickly deploy
â€¢ Desktop/Laptop support
â€¢ â€ªMS Environment, mostly Windows 10, 8, 7, Linux, CentOS
â€¢ â€ªOccasional basic hardware repair
â€¢ Email administration
â€¢ â€ªNetwork/Server Setup/Troubleshooting, Server setup/installs, Firewall, VMs, HyperV, VPN, Git, SVN, Network administration
â€¢ â€ªAntivirus configuration
â€¢ Setting up and managing devices such as access points, printers, and other devices
â€¢ Experience with ShoreTel telephone system
â€¢ Software installation
â€ªHighly Desired Skills:
â€¢ â€ªMicrosoft Windows Server 2008, 2012
â€¢ â€ªActive Directory, VPN, Firewall, Network Security, Network/Server administration.
â€¢ â€ªFirewall configuration
â€¢ â€ªAbility to design websites in Wordpress and wordpress site administration.
