Essential Functions:

• Provides day-to-day operation project support, which includes analysis, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, internal and external communication automation;
• Serves as a liaison between business users and clients to resolve day-to-day system issues; Recommending practical office information system/tools for communication efficiency ;
• Provides expert-level knowledge in planning, design, implementation, applications and security issues; monitors critical office computer system to maintain operational status;
• Recommend database management tool/software to improve database usage efficiency;
• Design office communication email automation application.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of:

• Knowledge of Excel, Words, Power Point and other Microsoft software; Information systems software installation or design;
• Methods of computer systems analysis, design, configuration, and troubleshooting;
• Computer control systems and office computer systems in a network environment;
• Operating information systems, system utilities and commands;
• Network administration principles and practices;
• Database management systems and applications;
• Database administration and optimization;
• Analytical and research methods and techniques;
• Safeguards and security procedures for information systems;
• Computer hardware.

Qualification:
• Have experience of information systems application analysis, and related experience specific to assigned area; and
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
