Cedar Park Therapist is recruiting an experienced Office Manager. We are a growing practice in Cedar Park. The practice provides full service Mental Health Care and Counseling to Children and Families. We pride in providing exceptional patient care and creating a dynamic and cutting edge work environment in which to do it.
Job Description : This is a new and somewhat of a hybrid position front desk, administrative, scheduling job. Essentially, I want someone to take over the background support to allow me to maintain my focus on patient care and practice development. That includes (but is not limited to): answering phones, scheduling clients, managing insurance contracts, managing online presence, data entry, overseeing billing and coding, etc. I want to work collaboratively with you to assign tasks, and then not spend another moment thinking about those tasks.

Medical billing and coding a plus
