Staffing Solutions provider with its core focus in Communication, Clerical and Industrial sector is currently searching a full-time HR Coordinator. The scheduling demands for this position to be at 40 hours/week with specific scheduling requirements to be determined with the qualified candidate.
The Recruiter / Coordinator supports the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, advertising, screening, testing, phone screening, initiating background checks as required for entry and mid-level positions. Uses progressive recruiting techniques and maintains a high level of commitment, compliance, and consistency to the overall recruiting process as well as communications with hiring managers and candidates.
This position will be responsible for the following:
Create and post job postings
Recruit candidates for open positions
Schedule and screen qualified candidates
Perform background checks
Process all new hire paperwork
Create and communicate policies and procedures
Maintain employee records as required by state and federal law
Ensure the workplace is in compliance with state and federal laws
The ideal candidate will be:
Bi-lingual - the ability to speak Mandurian, Cantonese, Spanish, Nepali, Hindi and or Bengali.
Strong Attention to Detail
Microsoft Office Skills -- At least at the intermediate level.
