Tradecraft Builders LLC is a quality focused general contractor in search of a part-time, experienced, full-charge bookkeeper/office manager, to join our team. We run Quickbooks-contractor edition, desktop. We also work a lot in excel, so expertise in this area is a must. Our filing system is cloud based with MS One Drive. We estimate about 16 hours a week once get set up. Flexible schedule with option to work remotely once we get process and flow going.

JOB SUMMARY:
+Data entry of all receipts, invoices, and weekly employee hours
+Create monthly invoices and track/report aging AR
+Issue checks for monthly AP and monitoring of associated bank account levels.
+Managing over/underpayments/credits with multiple vendors
+Processing and management of bi-weekly payroll
+File monthly/quarterly taxes and file State Workers Comp
+Monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and credit card
+Monthly P&L and Job costing reports and other QB reports as needed.
+Administration duties as needed (scanning, filing, consolidating, contract admin, etc)
+Obtain current Insurance Certificates and W9's from all vendors/subcontractors and file appropriately
+Prepare for and assist with audits
+Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions to stay in compliance.
+Work directly with Accountant on annual federal taxes
+Manage incoming paper and electronic mail
+Assist in occasional marketing campaigns, as needed.


JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
+Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
+Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team player
+Able to multitask, set priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
+Computer proficiency with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
+Strong organizational skills are a must
