We are a photography and musical equipment company looking for a social media content manager to engage, respond, and provide a daily summary of social media events and interactions.

Familiarity with music equipment and/or photography equipment is a huge plus.
The social media outlets that require management are facebook, twitter, instagram, and possibly others. Familiarity and a high level of competence with these social media outlets is required.
The name brand is Neewer, and can easily be found on Amazon and Ebay.
The work would require:
- Respond to and engage with customers who comment and send messages.
- Post relevant content regarding Neewer brand products (ie. youtube videos, pictures, reviews, etc)
- Keep a log of daily interactions. Many contacts may require sending the customer to another department (ie. tech support, etc) which would be emailed to our CS manager to have all required contacts with customers initiated.
This is a work from home position, it requires a PC, high speed internet connection, and a good work ethic. The hours are somewhat flexible, 15-25 hours per week. This is a contract position meaning we don't withhold any taxes and we provide a 1099 tax receipt at the end of the year instead of a W-2.
