Job Responsibilities and Description of a Healthcare CSR:

*Provide clients with product and service information utilizing proper telephone etiquette.
*Solid working knowledge of computers and computers programs.
*Strong keyboard, typing, data entry, and spelling skills.
*Document all call information with accuracy and ability to multi-task.
*Committed to excellent interpersonal and client communication.

Job Requirements of a Healthcare CSR:

*High School Diploma/GED.
*Clean background record. 1 DUI okay.
*Positive and professional attitude!
