Looking to add a restaurant technology professional to our team. We have been serving the Rocky Mountain region for over 25 years providing superior customer service and technology products that increase profits for restaurants, bars, nightclubs and food service operations.
We are looking for a friendly, service oriented person to provide remote and onsite support to our expanding customer base. Starting shift will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the possibility of full time for the right person.
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for end-users regarding technical issues such as software and hardware support.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with installation, training and programming of restaurant technology products listed below.
• Inventory all parts - keep daily, up-to-date list of equipment on hand, ordered and required.
• Provide pleasant, helpful and friendly phone support for users at remote locations while multi tasking,building computers and doing other setup work
• Provide detailed documentation for billing and knowledge base building with the established tools and procedures

Job Requirements:
• MUST be fun, friendly and personable.
• Must be flexible, a good multi-tasking individual, and be able to think on your feet and react and respond to situations to provide the best possible outcome for the client.
• 1-3 years experience in the IT field
• Significant Restaurant experience either in the BOH (Chef, kitchen help) or FOH (Bartender, Manager, Waiter)
• Analytical/technical troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Microsoft Office/Windows operating systems knowledge
• Point of Sale experience a MUST
• Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment that is just like a busy restaurant
• Must be able to pull cable, climb ladders, mount TV's and video panels and lift 60 lbs
• Must be able to move boxes of 40 pounds up and down stairs, terminate and install both CAT 5 and coax cable
