Resume are being accepted for the position of full time Patrol Officer with the Statewide Protective Services a Ohio Department of Public Safety Regulated Agency. We are a service-oriented, progressive agency that embraces the "Exceeding Expectations" philosophy. Our Patrol Officer's duties include protecting life and property, enforcement of laws and regulations, routine patrol, sometimes specialized assignments, and general calls for services. Applicants must complete an extensive background investigation, a series of interviews, applicable physical fitness testing, drug screen, and medical examination, all must be passed by the successful candidate. Applicants who have not completed the O.P.O.T.A Law Enforcement course, must be able to meet all police academy entrance requirements in ordered to be considered.
