We are looking for Mental Health Professionals who are looking to impact and inspire mental health growth for undeserved populations. Our company is client-focused and our daily pursuit is to affect positive change in the lives of our clients. Joining this team means that you will have full support from your administrative staff, as well as a network of multidisciplinary providers such as a Psychiatrist, Bachelor's-level Associates, and several Licensed Therapists.

We provide comprehensive mental health services in the Las Vegas, Pahrump and other rural areas of Southern Nevada. We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Provider (MFT, LCSW, CPC, Psychologist) to provide a broad array of mental health services to Nevada Medicaid insured children, adolescents and adults. We are also accepting applicants who are Licensed State Interns from the above mentioned areas.

-- Successful applicants will be independently licensed by a Nevada State mental health licensing board and be in good standing with that licensing board
-- Maintain their own professional liability insurance
-- Enroll in Nevada Medicaid using a personalized National Provider Identification (NPI) number
-- Have experience with conducting initial mental health evaluations, crisis assessment & management skills, and be willing to implement appropriate therapeutic interventions

-- Individual, family, and group therapy sessions
-- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (e.g. initial assessment reports, psychotherapy progress notes, treatment plans, crisis management notes, and so forth)
-- Use interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with administrative staff, clients and other behavioral health clinicians
-- Video Conferencing Therapy for remotely located or shut in Clients.
-- Submit reported hours and other information in a timely and accurate manner
-- Attend all mandatory meetings/training sessions

-- Professional Intern license from one of the following licensing boards: State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists & Clinical Professional Counselors, State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers, or the State of Nevada For a Psychological Examiners
-- A valid Nevada driver's license and access to personal automobile with required insurance coverage
-- Will be able to pass a criminal justice and child abuse registry background check
-- Must be able to work independently as well as on a team
-- Basic computer skills are necessary
-- Demonstrate strong writing and verbal communication skills
