Job Title:
Shipping & Receiving Clerk
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Under general supervision, performs manual and clerical duties involving receiving, storing and
shipping of Diesel parts, pumps and engine parts.

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year prior warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be computer literate. (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS)
• Ability to perform simple math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to perform various packing equipment and material handling equipment.
• Required to drive a forklif and experience with a Raymond Lift operator a plus.
• In bound and Out bound freight control knowledge
• Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift 40 pounds without assistance.
• Will stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Work Environment:
• Warehouse, Mechanical Hazards, moving objects.
• Fast paced environment.
• Load and unload units and parts from transporting devices, by hand or using unit handling equipment.
• Stacks and/or stores accordingly
• Will examine stock and shipping/receiving documents against packing list to verify quantity, weight and condition of package.
• May prepare boxes for shipment by using shipping item protector or other packing equipment.
• Releases prepared shipments to trucks for final delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Maintain all inventory, parts and quantities organized by designated Bin Locations
• Maintain all clerical paperwork organized.
• Consult all shipping and receiving issues with supervisor.
• Operates a forklift.

• Follows all Corporate Occupational Safety and Health Policies and Procedures. Reports any
safety deficiency to immediate supervisor.
• Follows Corporate Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
• Understands and complies with all Corporate, and Departmental Quality Policies
and Procedures.
