3-5 years plus of experience in desktop support, with a strong Windows (XP, 2007) background.
Well-developed to advanced skills with MS Office applications as well as familiarity with Microsoft Project and Visio.
Experience resolving complex PC hardware and software problems.
Experience with PC and Printer support, both with hardware and software.
Experience with network clients, mail clients, and office automation applications such as Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated operational discipline and thoroughness in status reporting, documentation, and following processes and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to plan and work to an identified set of priorities.
Ability to perform physical activity (e.g., h/w installation, climbing ladders).
