This Social media specialist job will be required to set up a social media configuration and ongoing maintenance for the office and agents and business using a single platform to push social content to many social platforms simultaneously.

Sample Part Time / Social Media Coordinator responsibilities

- Social media monitoring on current events within the industry.
- Ability to search real estate markets with social media using 'keywords'.
- Creativity using "inbound links to our content" and Growing our audience organically, and not implementing pay per click.
-Knowledge of Social media management tools such as hootsuit and AddSteam.
-Provide creative input on fashioned YouTube videos aligned with business industry and marketing directions.
- Part Time / Social Media Coordinator duties will include.

- Will work closely with the management team to set up initial configuration and approved content.
- Will work onsite with eventually having ability to work from home.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
