Awesome job for an expanding company! We have an opening for a talented technical problem solver. With this position you will be both onsite with customers and remotely working from home. This position is a 1/3 mixture of each of the following: system administrator, system engineering, and help desk.
Our small but reputable firm has been in business 9 years. We are looking for a motivated person with strong people skills that can be both independent and work in a team. This person will help with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems with customers as well as infrastructure projects. Must have your own car and be able to travel to client sites an average 3 times a week!

-Resourceful when resolving difficult issues and situations both technical and interpersonal
-Able to communicate effectively both oral and written
-Basic working knowledge of Mac OS
-Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7, 8 and 10
-Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012
-Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or other Email Clients
-Wireless networking, DCHP, DNS, Firewall configuration
-Printer configuration in networked and non-networked environments
-Helpdesk ticketing systems (ZenDesk, FreshDesk, etc.)
Standouts will have:
-Mac OS Server Experience
-Group Policy-Managed Services Experience
-Managed Services Software (Continuum, Kayasa, etc.)
Competitive market salary, W2 preferred! No Corp to Corp. Full time, long term! Benefits and Vacation included. Competitive market salary open to negotiations.
â€¢ Must be 21 years old, with a valid driver's license; have and maintain a driving record clean of any major or numerous violations. Ability to drive to field/customer locations for performing field work. You should be able to safely lift 50 pounds. You should be able to dress in a professional, business-casual manner on a day-to-day basis.
